I love Spin Doctor...but I don't really have time to sit for hours on end starting and stopping Spin Doctor for each track. How can I digitize an album side at a time and then go back and split out each song to save as an individual track?

Spin Doctor is designed to record both sides of LPs and tapes and then marking the individual tracks for export to Toast or iTunes. I recommend reading this article. It refers to the newest version of Spin Doctor so much of the beginning information doesn't apply to your version. However, the part about marking tracks does apply.
