Everytime I try to open up Roxio I get an error message asking me if I want to send this report. I clicked on yes. I tried again, samething happened. I uninstalled and then reinstalled and I'm still getting error message. I called Roxio and the tech I spoke to wanted to take control of my computer. I said NO, the last time I let somebody do that, I had to have my computer reformatted. Roxio works fine on my laptop. Any suggestions on how I can get it to work on my PC. I have windows XP
Thanks

Call the tech back and reach an understanding before you release…

And tell us what you find out – always curious huh.gif

Well I called back and ended up with the same tech. Again I told him that he is not taking control of my computer because I had to reformat my computer after someone did that. His answer was
how many fingers do you have on your hand, they are all different, they have something like
600 people working on computers. I told him forget it I'll just use my laptop. Wish I could
use my PC with it, but I gues not. angry.gif

I just discovered I have easy media creator 7. Should I delete creator 9 and try 7? Do you think
that would work better

What are your PC specs, operating system level and what version of IE are you running?

Version 7 is no longer supported.

I've got the same problem. I did a clean install thinking that would solve the problem ...no help.
Any suggestions
Thanks,
