Get the same error. Creator 2009 running fine the past several weeks then just started a day ago. Tryied the full clean install for Windows XP along with SP4 with no in change error. Individual programs run but can't launch the main program. Any suggestions? Running Windows XP with SP3.

The SP4 is the only fix for that…
If SP4 doesn’t work, then the install is not complete. Some users have reported they had to do the Clean Install more than once.
