This is the error I get when I try to burn a CD or DVD with Roxio:

Please insert a blank or rewritable CD into the Optiarc DVDRW DL (D:) drive
Supported media: CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW, DVD+RW, DVD-R DL, DVD+R DL
If you have inserted media, check that it is compatible with your drive.

Then I close it and get

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

Program: ...oxio Shared\9.0\Roxio Central33\Main\Roxio_central33.exe

R6025
-pure virtual function call

The software and drivers are updated. The drive works fine; it was replaced already and that did not fix the problem. It plays DVD's and CD's but will not burn.

Thanks

Suzanne

How about a bit of information on what you are trying to do. "try to burn a CD or DVD with Roxio" does not tell us very much at all. Are trying to burn a video, a data, a music disc? What program from several in the suite are you using? Please post some details. It would also help if you were to list your system specs.
