Every time I start up EMC 10 it opens a smaller box called Roxio Update Manager, I go through the steps and wait for it to do its thing, but everytime it says it cannot find the file. Does anyone know what is happening?

I wish I had a dime for each time we answered that question. Do you have a Dell? If so go to their web site for the answer. If not on EMC 10 title page go to the top and select tools. Change the setting so that the program doesn't automatically look for updates. Since EMC 10 is an older version of the current software and perhaps a new version will follow W7 release, it is doubtful if there will be any further updates. You could also periodically check manually.
