You have  a stripped down Dell version of the software.  What program, in the Dell suite, are you using to try to copy?  And, are you copying from one CD to another?

I am getting fed up with not being able to reinstall my Roxio.  I have tried everything suggested and nothing works.
I keep getting Error Code 03E9.80070002. angry.gif   What is going on?
I have Vista Home Premimum and Roxio came with it already installed.
I unstalled it because It would not Copy or Burn a CD.  Plus the label maker function is not there.

You have a OEM version of Roxio. The DE means Dell Edition, so contact Dell and ask them why their version does not work, they also have a forum,  you could check that out.

Typical chemist; I bet your handwriting is bad also.  If it came preinstalled, it is an OEM version (from Dell?).  Contact them for help and to ask what functions are included in your castrated version.   Roxio cannot help you with that OEM version.

BTW, it is a Vista registry error; read this from almost more than 2 years ago.  Contact your computer manufacturer for a Vista compatble version of that software.  Google search is a valuable resource.  tongue.gif
