I've read many comments about the error message asking if you want to send a report when opening Roxio Creator 2009. Apprantely, this software has many bugs. What is the fix to this problem?

Also, when using video wave, I have no problems adding text to a slide. Unfortunately, the text is copied to the next 2-3 slides.

I need the fix to this problem also.

Add the text, to the internal track of the slide that you want it to be on. It will only show when that slide is on the screen, during playback.

What error message are to asking about? What fix to what problem?

With regard to text spanning several slides: this is not a bug or a problem that needs fixing - it functions that way by design. You are not adding text to a slide but simply adding it to the text track which can span several slides depending on how you want it to behave. Only if you use the method described by Bruce does the text apply to a single file. That is one of the reasons for the existence of internal tracks
