I purchased Creator 2009 and have not been able to get it to work properly. At first I could not install it at all- it was hangin up on a .netframework installation. I download .netframework files, and the cd burning portion functions- but Media Manager does not open. The orange box comes up that says "Media Manager", but that's it. It never opens and I have to go to task manager and end process to get it to close.

Roxio kept telling me to do a clean install, which I tried at least three times and it does not solve the problem. They finally sent me an email saying they couldn't help me.

I am running Windows XP Media Center Edition. Anyone have any ideas? I really want to use this program, but it seems only half of it is working. Any help would be appreciated, since Roxio has given up on me.
