I am very unhappy with Roxio....for not advising at anytime...that vhs to dvd would automatically uninstall creator 2009 and backup.
There is no notiice about this on the packedge box....nor on line...nor any where.
Anyone know about this....or have the solution.
About to leave Roxio after many purchases...through the bugs, Vista....and now a "NEW VHS to DVD" advertised product VHS to DVD....no warning...no way to reinstall or change or install using the Programs and Features Vistal Panel.
The icon was there before the program said restart your computer to make this program installation. Then...no creator 2009 icon or program in the list using Panel and programs and features.....to change or reinstall.
What a waste of money and time...and to loose my Creator 2009...and then to find there was or is a Creator ultimate for 64 bit with and update....only if you made a retail purchase. To me....a purchase online from the Roxio "Store" is a retail purchase.

Now that is absolutly untrue!!!
How about the card that fell out of the box when you opended it?
Looks like this:
Nor does it uninstall anything. But it does overwrite the 2009...
At this point you will probable have to do a Clean Install.
Before you do I would at least try uninstalling V2D and then reboot and install Creator 2009. Might work???
