I am trying to upgrade from Creator 7.5 to Creator 9 and I can not delete (Roxio) from C:/ drive /program files. (removed from 'Add Remove'.)..... Keep getting 'Can not delete shellex.dll: Access is denied. Make sure disc is not full, write protected, in use? Can not install new version with out uninstalling old.....
