We need to do a little trouble shooting. Go back to the project and instead of burning to a disc, select the option to create an ISO (image) file. Name the file and select where you want it to be placed. Once it finishes encoding you have 2 choices.
1) Copy the ISO file to a rewritable DVD and try that. (You can use Creator Classic for that copy.)
2) Create a virtual drive (home page, top menu) and load that ISO file into the virtual drive. You can then play it on your computer just like if it were a real DVD.
Also, if you want only one title on the DVD, you can make a DVD, No Menu. The movie will start playing as soon as the discs is read by the player. It will also repeat at the end.
Edit: Did you do anything with the navigation settings for the DVD?

Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
