2 ways to get there for the 2 separate label programs in 2009…

From the Home app, almost every tab has a “Create Labels” button that will take you to Express Labeler.

From the Windows Start menu tree under Roxio~~~ Applications – Label Creator (the full version)

If neither one work, Clean Install time… sad.gif

Vista
XP

You might look under Help - About from the Home app to make sure you have SP4 applied to Roxio:

At the top in the "Version:" line.

Thanks for your help.

Neither way of launching worked. When I launch app from any other app I get nothing. WHen I launch Label Creator directly from tree, it appears to start and get intro screen but then it disappears--nothing. SP4 is installed.

Also tried Clean Install twice but NG. All the other apps (functions) seem to work but Label Creator. I just noticed that after msconfig Disable ALL, that McAfee was still on system tray when I restarted. Can this make a difference?

Then you get to do another Clean Install:
Vista
XP

Now make sure you get the right one and print it out.

Of course you have to shut off A/V and it is always prudent to stop everything else during an install…

It might be a good idea to create anew account with admin privileges and do this install under that account. After installed, you can delete that account.
