new CD key or new License

I have needed to reinstall my Windows XP several times on my current computer and on a previous one.
This time the DVDPRO would not activate and that I needed a new license which I could get from the ROXIO
website. I haven't figured out how to do that yet.  HOW DO I DO THAT

I believe there is a limitation to how many times you can activate DVDitPro. However, this does not mean you would be required to purchase the product again. However, in order to obtain possible "license" or activation, I suggest you PM one of the Mods with roxio "logo" with proof of purchase and other details such as email and name used to register the product and see if that is a help.

I noticed that DVDit Pro is not part of the list of supported products when going to the support page, very strange
