I submitted an item via Roxann in late Dec, 2005. Still no response, stopped checking for any updated information to the post after a couple of months. Feel kinda less than smart for it taking a couple of months for me to realize the response was sent along with that famous "check that is in the mail"

It is a well know fact that Roxann has been hitting the sauce pretty heavily this past year. :)

I see I am not the only one, it seems that there is no support for Roxio products and I will post my feed back on Roxio products on other discussion boards

She's a fickle girl.

Your best bet for help is right here in these forums. There are some pretty savvy folks around these parts.
Find the appropriate section and pose your problem. You'll likely end up with a solution.

The cat is one of the Avtar's (I think that is what they are called) available to add to your profile, you might check and see if there's one to your liking. My wife and I are big animal rights supporters so I felt pix was appropo. I am also a big gun nut, benchrest shooting only - I have not wanted to kill anything since 1969. I know the postman wonders about us as we will get some of my gun magazines in the mail the same day we get publications from ASCPA and PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) :)
(Deer hunting might be a real sport if the deer had guns also)

You have no sense of humor. It would help you, until we could help you, so you might just want to go to those other boards to spread your ill will. Watch that door on the way out. :)

No problem. It sounds like you have a slug of problems, and yelling won't help you get help. After you calm down, you may want to come back and explain what you did.
