Hi everyone,
Here is the problem I am having:
I am using a desktop computer and used to have 2 external hard drives connected. At one point last year, we moved everything over to one of the hard drives and took the other one off. I have not used Roxio since then. Now, out of the blue, every time we turn on our computer it tries to load up Roxio Easy Cd & DVD Burning and then after windows installer can't load it, it says "error code 1327" invalid drive "G". I have tried going through the registry and finding anything that would be making it go there and can't find anything. I decided to get out my original disk and just reinstall, but it won't reinstall and just keeps coming up with the error code.
Anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks so much
Gina
