crashed computer

i purchased roxio creator 2009 by download and did not order the disc is there anyway i can re download it i have the i have all the order numbers and unlock codes that were sent to me ???? if anyone could help that would be great cheers

Yes, there is a way you could re-download the product as long as it it directly purchased from Roxio Online Store. Here

cheers but i tried it and it said that because it has been more than 30 days i can't downlaod it again ????? any idea's now ??? thanks for your help

Aha.. Yes the re-download is typically available for 30 days. It is usually recommended to order a backup disc while purchasing a ESD version of the product. As for now I suggest opening a support ticket with Roxio to get further options smile.gif

cheers i'll try that and i have learnt a lesson and will always but the back up disc from now smile.gif thanks again for your help

Or make your own backup disc from the downloaded files. smile.gif
