I DECIDED TO GET A NEW UPGRADE, I BOUGHT BOTH TH DOWNLOAD AND DISK.
I DOWNLOADED THE PRODUCT BUT HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET IT TO INSTALLED.
I WAITED FOR THE DISK TO ARRIVE WHICH IT DID YESTERDAY.
I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO INSTALL THE PRODUCT FROM THE DISK. HOWEVER
THE CD KEYS PROVIDED WERE REJECTED AND THE INSTALL ABORTED.
NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM GETTING QUITE UNHAPPY.
ABOUT THIS WHOLE PROCESS.

Don't worry. If you have purchased from Roxio Online Store, you have 30 days to evaluate the product and obtain refund. In the meantime, the best advice again is to contact Roxio Support ASAP.
