The slide program works great in preview, but when I go to burn it to DVD I end up with 6 blank slides. I re-did the entire slide program (37 minutes, with 500 slides) trying to fix it and the same slides blanked out again! HELP!!

What program from the suite are you using? You should be using Videowave.
Are you using any transitions, etc? 500 slides in 37 minutes? Thats only 4.4 secs per slide. You can hardly recognize a slide in that short time blink.gif
What format are the slides you are using? Where did you get them?
What are your system specs, especially video card?

Videowave
Transition is disolve
The pictures are mostly jpg
They are either from my camera or scanned pictures
I'm not sure of specs or video card, I'll check . . .

All other slides work fine, nothing different about these 6 slides, same format as other pictures and it works fine in preview.

In Edit Video -Advanced, double click on the slides that do not show up and do anything like auto fix. Try that again.

If different slides were missing each time you burned, that would be caused by your computer trying to encode and burn at the same time and/or cheap DVD media.

Until you have your problem solved, burn to RW DVDs.

What happens if you move the slides to different locations in the slideshow? Have you tried without transitions to see if they have an effect? What transition duration are you using?
Are any or all of the 6 slides scanned? What format are the problem slides? What other format are the other slides?
Try to do a slideshow with only the 6 slides?
