Can I share your boat? I have tried everything and never get the capture button. Any help from any body would be greatly appreciated.

If you really read any of these topics you would notice that in all cases, it was a matter of not following the instructions.
Most have to do a Clean Install to resolve the mess they made. After that, it is Easy.
3 posts and no info (the duplicates were deleted)… You didn’t say anything about your PC specs or OS, so I don’t know which process to recommend.
