Cannot Access MyDVD10

I had purchased and installed Roxio MyDVD10 in the past, however, recently, when I try to access it, I keep getting the message:

THE CERTIFICATE FILE IS MISSING OR HAS BEEN CORRUPTED.

I have tried to reprogram the disc but it won't upload.

If there's anyone out there that can help me regain, restore, MyDVD10, please respond and let me know what I can do. Please respond to my personal email address.

1. The product requires a clean install.
