Hi,
EMC10 is no longer working properly. Example, DV Copy crashes at start up.
I found a download at the Roxio site which I am hoping will get the programs working again.
I have downloaded 10.1.226 (Build H2B62A, RO3)
At the end of the download process, the installer asks for Serial Number. My serial number starts with 3 numbers and a letter.
When I try to input the 4 characters, the box will only allow two numbers to be input, then it automatically junps to the next box.
Any Ideas?

Then that isn't the right key code. Mine start with 2 letters.
