I have a Jensen CD player in my truck that will only play CDs burned at 4x or 8x. I bought CD-Rs that have a 1x to 48x speed and Creator 2009 still defaults to 16x even when I select a slower speed before inserting a disc. My wife's PC has an older Roxio version preloaded by HP and IT will burn slower. Is there any way I can get Creator 2009 to do it my way?

The speed setting is a combination of the blank media and the drive and it's firmware!

Below is the same blank disc in two different burners, notice the lower burn speed in the Plextor Drive?

Thanks for the help. My PC, a HP, came with a Lightscribe drive and a second CD-ROM drive which I can change out. Easier and cheaper than replacing the radio in the truck. I'll try that. Thanks again!
