No content CD?

Last night I used a link that Roxio sent me to order the upgrade version of EMC 8, it was fine but when I came into work today I ordered a full version and it came with a Content CD. Why did I not get that on the upgrade route I took?

There should have been 2 files to download. If not, contact Roxio.
