Wavey video output

does anyone have the same problem as me. After editing video in videowave and outputing to file ie.( MPEG 2 or AVI ). when i play it back the video is chopy and very wavey i've had this in all versions i'am beginnig to wonder why i keep coming back to roxio

That would most likely be a Video Card issue.

i don't see how as i've said i have had this problem through out all versions of roxio even creator 2010 but never had it with Pinnacle studio i have had three differant computers with verious cards.... i now have intel 9400 quad cpu, nvida 260 gtx, 6gb memory.. time now is 11.25pm

What are you playing the file on?  Computer with Windows Media Player? other software? What resolution are you using? Is it progressive or interlaced monitor?  Playing it back on a DVD connected to TV or LCD HDTV?

What has the time got to do with this?
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
