MyDVD Basic v9 won't open

Whenever I try to open DVD Basic v9 it says ERROR: Unable to show skins.  I don't know what to do

If you have installation discs for the program (which I doubt you do since in another thread you mention of downloading via torrent), ideally you will need to do a clean install.

Amelia downloaded a movie via bit-torrent not the Roxio software.
Most likely the myDVD Basic v9 is so limited it cannot open the file anyway.
