I've been successfully using Popcorn 3 to convert my DVD collection to HDD for a few months but have had a problem occur in the past week.

Every movie i do converts perfectly but ends after 1hour and 8 minutes.  Regardless of original the movie length, after 1 hour and 8 minutes the DivX version just stops.  

This was not happening earlier and I can't for the life of me figure out what's going on now.  Sometimes it used to split long movies into two parts, but it doesn't do that any more either.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Current settings are:
Source: DVD
Output File: DivX Hi Def 720
File size limit: 8GB (The output files are never more than 4GB)
Computer: Mac Mini C2D, 2GB RAM, 500GB HDD (300GB Free)
OS: Leopard

Is it possible you're saving the video to a drive that is formatted for PCs rather than HFS+ for Mac?
