Desktop Icon Creator 2009

I have loaded Creator 2009 on my computer twice and I cannon get the desktop icon to appear. Anyone have any ideas.

If you cannot get the desktop icon to appear, you have not yet succeeded in properly installing the suite.
Disconnect from the Internet, disable your antivirus, and do a "clean install" using the instructions pertaining to your operating system.
