Fidel,

Would you please start your software, then go to the top line HELP and select 'About this software'.
This should show you a box displaying in the first three lines the Name of the software, the Version number, and the Build number.

Would you tell us those three things, please? Name, Version, and Build?

I'm thinking you may have a version which won't run properly in Vista, but I have never heard of "dvd burn and copy".

Thank you,
Brendon
