Here is the type of support you can expect from Roxio:
You didn't solve the problem and were no help whatsoever. The workaround did not work and when I reported this I was told I must be "doing something wrong." I was also told "the developers are informed of this [the label making portion of the software not working with Vista], but we are unable to say if and when a fix will be developed." You've GOT to be kidding me! Why in the world would you roll out a product with known bugs, inform me that you have no intention of fixing it, then send me an ad offering to sell me the newest crappy software? To add insult to injury, when I tried to use the chat option, your representative told me I was violating the license agreement by installing the product on five computers, when in fact it was YOUR TECH who installed the software on five machines at your facility in an effort to re-create the problem. Also, Digital River informed me that they would not issue a refund because the software was purchased more than 90 days ago. Your "survey" is all multiple choice (I'm surprised all the choices aren't "excellent"), and there is no area provided for any useful feedback. I will be telling every person who will listen to never buy Roxio software.

You might want to send your message directly to Roxio. This isn't Roxio. Only a users forum, where the folks are users of the software, like you.

Thanks. Already contacted Roxio. They have no intention of fixing bugs in Creator 2009. I was merely venting and attempting to make others aware of the awful "support."
Thanks and have a nice life.
