I try to add text boxes to MyDVD accessed through Creator 2009.  For some reason, every time I try to move them on the screen, they immediately fly to the upper left corner of the screen and I cannot move them again.  I also cannot find any patches on the Roxio web site.  Do they stop supporting this product once they come out with a new version?

There have been 4 updates to this product since it came out. SP4 is the most current.

I understand what you are saying, but cannot reproduce it, nor have I ever seen such a thing happen with any previous versions???

Of course the only ‘Repair’ is a Clean Install procedure.

Do you see the 4 way move arrow with the object selected? (yellow arrow)

Do you have Snap to Grid selected? (Red arrow)

Does this happen in all Menu Styles?

I do have version 1.1.110 SP4; 4.50.05a and build 111B10E, R05; 411B33A, R05.  I also have the ability to see the four way arrow and the snap to grid control.  Unfortunately when I snap on the border of the text box, it immediately flys to the upper most left corner.  I can only see parts of the far right box.  But the handles seem to disappear and I cannot drag it back onto the screen.  All I can do is an Edit>Undo.  My current computer is very strong  in terms of CPU and RAM.  But I do recall having a similar problem with earlier releases.  I have Window Vista Ultimate and am wondering if Microsoft released a patch which is causing this problem.  Could you send me a link where Roxio maintains their download patches?  Also, when I click on the Themes for the extras... they send me ot a new screen to order an upgrade.  Any help will be appreciated.  I"m trying to cut a few DVD's for my parents for when I visit next weekend.
Thanks,
RonB
