I have an annoying but consistant problem with the Roxio install routine. I take many photos so I use Photosuite quite a bit and I especially like the collage choices in the Photosuite module. Simple question; how come when I install Roxio 2010 and install Content, then from desktop icon Roxio Creator 210 -> Create Projects -> Photo Project Asst. appears -> Collage and 2 collages appear and one blank collage but the program refuses to show the other five (I think) collage templates that should be shown also? This has been a consistant problem with at least the last three to four iterations of Roxio Easy CD Creator. I know there must be a zillion more important queries but if someone could take the time and answer this (a solution(?)) I'd appreciate it.

I can confirm that only 2 collages plus a blank one appear in creator 2010 when I follow james_tarloff's procedure.
If I look in C:\Program Files\Roxio 2010\PhotoSuite 12\Content\Collage
there are 7 plus the blank one
Similarly Gift tags shows only 2, but there are 6 in C:\Program Files\Roxio 2010\PhotoSuite 12\Content\Gift Tags
Also only 2 posters show, but there are 6 files in C:\Program Files\Roxio 2010\PhotoSuite 12\Content\Posters
The above also apply if one opens photosuite, File menu/Open projects (which just opens photo projects assistant)
I haven't checked the other options. Above is sufficient to show Photo projects assistant does not pick up the contents it should.
Photosuite itself does seem to have all clipart, frames, etc.

Thanks for the above two replies. You know how if you press the F5 screen in Windows it generally rewrites/refreshes the current window? If I place the mouse cursor in the collage template's open window and press F5 there's an error message that flashes for a very brief time. I pressed the F5 key continuously and the message reads:
"This album contains files, but the files are hidden because of the current filter settings. To change the filter settings, check the filter for Media Types button."
I can't figure this out so maybe someone else can decipher it.

This is a legit bug. The dev team is investigating a workaround and we'll look into getting this into the first service pack. There are quite a few other ones missing as well from Calendars, Cards, etc..
For now if you need the additional templates you can double click the .DMSP file from the folder
(ie. C:\Program Files\Roxio 2010\PhotoSuite 12\Content\Collage)
