My drag to disc window is saying "No Recorder" does any one know what that means?

i am using >Easy cd and dvd burn< i purchased from walmart. i did all the things they described in the checklist but it didnt work. i dont think i deleted anything for the program. i use a toshiba laptop 32 bit with windows vista basic

Have you addressed the compatibility problem that this version of Drag to Disc has with Vista? If you haven't, that will probably be causing this problem.
