I'm trying to download the prerelease version of the Tivo Transfer software but it keeps telling my my serial number is incorrect (but I know it is not). How can I get the download??

Same problem here, I submitted a support inquiry just now.

Have you had any luck figuring this out since you posted on Sunday?  If so, please let me know....

UPDATE:  I found this article on the TiVo forum, which provides a link for the BETA TiVo transfer program.  hope it helps you, the jury is still out over here....
