HELP New to Roxio Error Messages

I have read alot of great things about Roxio 8 program that is why I bought it, but I have found nothing good about it, need help. I get these error messages can anyone tell me whats going on?

1. DSMenuEdit Ctrl. cpp(461)***Error80040207

2. DSPrevCtrl.cpp(794)***Error=M_spGraphManager->Preview()
Details Box says
Mixer is null

3. Error While Encoding Movie
8007000e
All of these error happend in My DVD

I hope someone can help so I can see how great this program really is.

At the top of this forum, there are several pinned messages. There is a specific patch for the Mix is null error.

Yes tried that patch didn't work
