Hello, Roxio Knowledgebase Article 000091TT provides links to download a preview version of TiVo Transfer that is compatible with Snow Leopard:

http://kb.roxio.com/search.aspx?URL=/conte...S=set-locale=en

However, when I enter my CD Key for Popcorn 3 Retail, I get the following error: The CD-Key entered does not match product listed in the parentheses.  This is incorrect - I have tried entering the CD key with and without dashes, and I have checked this several times. I sent email to technical support, which told me to fix my disk permissions. This is irrelevant for downloading from the web. I tried Live Chat, who told me that Roxio is not supporting Snow Leopard.  Both of these are clearly wrong!

Can anyone help? Thanks.

I can confirm this as an issue. It appears that the online CDkey verification system is not fully functional. I had the same issue of CDkey being rejected for Popcorn 3 as well as Toast 9 titanium. What worked was Toast 10 Titanium CDkey. This is something Roxio should look into ASAP.

Try this

I have tried EVERY suggestion listed above and not a SNGLE one works. I've been at this for HOURS and give up for now.  I'll check in again in a few days to see if anyone posts a solution that DOES work.  Good luck everyone.
