I am a beginner. I got the product installed and have been able to copy to camcorder films to DVD. Today I tried and when it got ready to burn I got the "not responding" error. I left it alone and eventually it showed that the burn was complete 100%, but then it kind of stalled, can't remember what the picture looked like. I pushed the eject button and retrieved me DVD. It looks recorded on but it won't play. Any ideas out there?

First thing is to reboot your PC – clears away a multitude of sins
The disc that failed may or may not be written to? Try it again, if the software ejects it and says it need a blank, the disc is trash.
You should have a disc or 2 of RW media on hand while learning. You can erase and reuse it. But they wear out, so don’t use RW for anything you value.
