Microsoft .net v3.5 sp1 Help. Can't get past Microsoft .net v3.5 sp1

sad.gif On the Easy vhs to dvd install, can't get past microsoft .net v3.5 sp1. Just stays there for awhile and the wizard says that the install is complete but I'm not installed. Need help. What can I do?
