Hi

I have just purchased Roxio VHS to DVD software, and have successfully installed it.

Unfortunately, I cannot seem to get a 'signal' at the minute? I get a 'No Signal' message in red on the 'Capture Video' screen??

My VHS player does not have a RCA connections, so I have connected the RCA connectors into a Scart Adaptor, like this one -- here

Would the Adaptor be the problem, or is there something else which may be causing this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes SCART has been a problem with Video. Although your picture shows 3 output (Yellow is Vid) some adapters do not give Video output…

I suggest you take the adapter to an electronics store and explain what you need. They can either confirm it is working or offer you one that will.

Before you grab your hat, review the connection examples and software settings in This post.
