I have written to support and sent them the files they reqested but no response yet from the second attempt. On Chat I was given insructions to upgrade Direct X, my audio drivers and disable startup. I've reinstalled Creator 2009 Ultimate twice. It is still impossible to open Burn Audio or Burn MP3. Up comes the message "Roxio Creator has encountered...." This is followed by "Microsoft Visual C ++ Runtime library.... Program:>>Creator 2009 Ultimate\RoxioCentral4\RoxioCentralFX.exe" The comes "R6025 - pure virtual function call."
I can't be the only one who has this problem. Response from Roxio is bad. Is there anyone out there who can give me some idea of what to do? I have a $100 program with one of the most important elements not working.

If you're trying to access this part of the program by going through the "Home" screen, try this instead. From Windows Start -> Programs -> Roxio Creator 2009 -> Applications -> Music Disc Creator And see if that loads okay. If it does, you should be all set to burn Audio and MP3 CDs.
Let us know if that works for you.

Great.. Itt's working. Thanks... Now all I have to figure out is how to put 12 digitzed recordings converted to MP3 each with 12=18 tracks into the program so each recording can be selected and then select any track to be played.

Okay, what you're trying to do isn't clear at all.
First, let's start with what type of disc you're trying to create, an MP3 disc, or an Audio CD? The difference is that an Audio CD can hold up to 80 minutes of music since the audio information is in an uncompressed format. And MP3 disc is basically, a Data CD full of .MP3 files, and should be able to hold what you've described above.
I typically put my MP3 files in folders for Artist, and then by Album under the artist. Each track name is the title of the song preceded by a two digit number, to keep the tracks in order since they'll usually show up alphabetized.
So, let us know just what you're doing, maybe we can help some more.

Roxio is really new for me. I had been using Nero for all this work and I'm still not used to the differences. It's the folders idea that has ben confusing me but I think I see what you care doing.
What I have are, in this case, 12 lps that have been recorded and digitized. Tracks were identified and the recordings batch converted to MP3. Now I want to put the 12 recording on a CD. Usually there is no problem just putting them on. This time each album must also list the tracks. The idea is to select an album for listening and then select any track you want to hear.
Where I seem to be going wrong is not creating a seperate folder for each recording with the tracks listed. What came out is a long string of consecutive tracks. I'll try iy again creating forlders for each recording after it's been tracked and converted to MP3.
Thanks.
