I had no problem installing the Easy VHS to DVD program. However, after it installed and made me reboot my CPU I got a blue screen with white text on it saying all different types of things including: SYSTEM CRSH, PREPARING FOR MEMORY DUMP, etc...Luckily I was able to reboot again and it started up just fine. This has happened several other times since then. I have been able to use the program with relative success. It works, but every now and then it will stop the transfer and give me a message that says: UNKNOWN BURN ERROR, at which point I have to exit the program all together and start over. I'm running the program on an AMD Athlon 64x2 5500 processor system with 2 GB of ram on Windows Vista 32bit does anybody have any suggestions? At this point I'm ready to uninstall the program and trash it, but I would rather not have to do that!!!
