I'm a newbie to posting, so bear with me.  I've successfully installed Easy VHS to DVD, but the selection key "Next" as well as the "Finalize" and "Cancel" are blacked out.  I thought I might be lucky and click "Finalize", but actually clicked "Cancel".  So two questions.  1) what do I need to do to have these 4 keys reveal their purpose and 2) is there any way to salvage the recording now that I've cancelled it.

Black or Grey??? Big, really big, difference  laugh.gif

You are using Plug & Burn – Big Mistake, read the pinned post at the top

After you have tried using Capture and either Edit/Create or Create, then we will see if you need any help.

The keys are blacked out, not grayed, but your advice to use the Capture option solves all the problems.  Thanks very much.

I’m a little shaky that it works with one and not the other…

Enjoy it, but if it acts up again, you know where to find us – we’ll leave the light on  laugh.gif
