I downloaded a roxio program directly from their website, but my PC fails to meet the video requirements which i can't upgrade due to the fact that my CPU is a piece of s***. Can I uninstall the program on my PC so my friend can use it on his. I'm computer "retarded" so please no jokes, only serious replies. Thanks in advance.

Hello,
Failing to check minimum requirements is a pain, but doesn't make you stupid.
I'm not a lawyer and I don't work for Sonic, but if you take the software off your machine and give it to a friend who can use it then it seems to me you have transferred any rights Sonic gave you, to your friend. The company hasn't lost out because the software has been sold and is being used by only one person on only one computer.
That seems fair and reasonable to me, and I think anyone who wants to object would have to be a parsimonious cutpurse!!
Regards,
Brendon
