Update Manager fails to initialize c:\hp\tmp\src\UPDATEMANAGER_MSI\

blink.gif I recently udated NVIDIA it restarted and then said that update manger install shield failed to initiate because it is missing the MSI... I am confused and tried to find the answer on line with no success.. Can someone please help me?
