I have a new PC would like to transfer Roxio Creator 2009 to my new Pc as it is mush faster. Im selling my old PC and clearing files. Can I reinstall with my CD or do I need to do it anther way?

Uninstall it through the Control Panel "Add/Remove Programs", and then install it from the CD to your new machine.
