I am doing a slideshow and decided to add 1 more picture in the middle of the project. I guess I made the "mistake" of already adding the audio files. Now I am unable to either remove the audio file or lengthen it.

Does anyone have a solution?

Thank you, Kitty Barrow

Why can't you remove the audio file? Just click on it and the click the red X. You should be working in the timeline when doing this.
Another possibility is to grab the right edge of the audio clip and drag it to the right. This of course will only work if the audio clip was "trnucated" when previously added to fit the video length.

BTW, I hope you are doing the slideshow in Videowave and not using one of the Assistants(wizards)

Thank you for your help and your quick response. I haven't worked on the referenced video since April and now I can't find the entire slideshow section that had given me so much grief. I don't know how it could have all disappeared. The video portion of the movie is intact, but the pics part is gone.

At least now I know to edit in Videowave and not MyDVD. I didn't know there was a difference. I guess I'll start all over from scratch over the weekend.

BTW - for some reason, the red X wasn't solving my problem last time, but it's been since April so I can't remember why id didn't work.

Thank you, Kitty Barrow
