I went into the EMCtips.com to use the visual tips on how to.  But unfortunately every single one that I click into to watch freezes and it doesn't continue no matter what I do.  The EMC Tips is really a great thing for me if it only work.  I thought maybe it was something in my computer that was not allowing the visual tutorial to work, but I also tried it at my job and it also freezes.  I would like to know if anyone has used these visual tips and has it work for you? what can I do?  Is this website defected?  I would really appreciate some help. Does anyone know if there is a problem with this website?

Please, I really want to use these visual Tutorials.   I would appreciate help from anyone who has any information regarding the emctips.com websidte.

Thanks

IrisRose

It's possible it's a browser pop up problem.  You can try turning it off. Also, your virus scanner might be stopping it as well.
It works fine for me.

I think Screencast uses Flash. Make sure you have the latest Flash installed, too.

I do have flash version 9, will ask my husband to update to version 10.  I went back to the Roxio EMC website (Screancast) and tried again.  I notice that I was able to watch every visual tutorial for VideoWave but when I tried to watch the topics in PhotoSuite that's where every one of the topic freezes and does not continue no matter what I do.  Now is that weird or what?  Anyway I just copy and paste the how to do steps to my word document.  Thanks again for your reply.  I really do appreciate you taking the time to help.  Take care and have a great holiday weekend........IrisRose
