Captured video using import mode. No sync problem.
Assembled and edited in Video Wave as production. No sync problem.
Output as video file...type best quality for DVD authoring... audio slightly out of sync with video. Have tried various audio compression options but no luck.
Any suggestions?

Several Questions:
1. What are you system Requirements?
2. Are you using any dvr-ms files?
3. Did you install the Roxio 8.05 update?

1) system requirements, running slightly below (1.0 Ghz) processor requirements of 1.2Ghz for DVD video authoring
2) not familiar with use of dvr-ms files so answer is no!
3) have not downloaded 8.05 patch because only have dial-up out here in the boonies where I live. To download 114.0mb is a daunting task. Will tackle it sooner rather than later if this may solve my problem.
