I have Vista Premium on my computer - using roxio creator 2009. I am trying to capture video from a DVD to my computer. No matter what I do, cannot get it to work. When I click Video, nothing happens. Can anyone tell me if 2009 has the capacity to capture from a DVD, or do I need some kind of device. Everything stays 'grayed out" when I try it. I am trying to capture from a DVD-RW to my computer. I want to put them in Roxio and edit them.
Thanks for any help.

I can’t see your screen from here biggrin.gif

What program are you using – there are a number of them in the Suite.

You don’t capture from a DVD, you import or simply Add.

I think you have already solved my problem. I was using "capture", and should have been importing. As I understand, capture is for VHS, Video Cam, etc. Have to work on my language smile.gif
