Please help. Media Creator 2010 (download) is giving me a hard time. I'm trying to install on a vista computer. I tried the clean install. I unzipped the downloaded exe-files to the harddrive and tried to install from there. The error-message is that my configuraration does not support any of the included products. This is strange, because Media Creator 2009 runs (and installed) without any problems. My less-than-a-year-old laptop meets all the systemrequirements (checked that).

Current version Roxio Creator 2010, previous versions Roxio Creator 2009, Easy Media Creator 10, Easy Media Creator 9...

Since you posted in Roxio Creator 2010, is that the version you have?

Well picked, Cdanteek and Toad.

Ruudje, if you're running in Vista, SP1 is required. The first line of the system requirements says
QUOTE
Minimum System Requirements:

    * Microsoft® Windows Vista™ (32- or 64-bit), SP1 is required, Windows® XP SP3 (32- or 64-bit), Windows® 7 Home Premium, Professional or Ultimate (32-or 64-bit).

If you try to install into a Vista system without SP1 you'll get a message saying that your configuration does not support any of the included products.

Thanks, first installed SP1 and then Creator 10 without any problems. Completely missed the SP1-bit. Thanks for helping me out, really appreciate it!
