I bought MyDVD8 Essentials a couple of years ago and I used it to move some things to DVD discs. But I haven't used it in a long time and got a new computer. I've re-installed it, but when I click Add Movie and select a TiVo file, I get an error message that says: Add Movie Operation Failed. Media file is not editable.

Can I no longer use MyDVD8 Essentials to put a TiVo file on a DVD that I can play on a DVD player?

Any help would be appreciated.

Mike

That version does not support TiVo files ( http://forums.support.roxio.com/index.php?...mp;#entry122365 ).

If your new computer came with Vista, that would be a 2nd reason.
